Resources: Unit Cost and Unit Price

During the very first sync (when there aren’t any resources with Atlassian Account ID in BC), if the option Create resources automatically is enabled,

you will be suggested to import Resources into BC and Excel:

Upon clicking on Yes, the import from Jira will start.

In the Excel file, indicate the values for Unit Cost and Unit Price for the Resources.

Then you can update Unit Cost and Unit Price by uploading your Excel file to BC, and start the sync again.

If you choose not to import Resources into BC and Excel, the sync will continue.

However, after that, you will have to set up Unit Cost and Unit Price for the new Resources.
