The product provides one-way synchronization of Projects, Tasks, Resources from Atlassian Jira Software and Worklogs, and Timesheets from the Tempo Timesheets plugin to Microsoft 365 Business Central.

One of the main purposes of synchronization is to add the economic parameters into the project management with the full power of ERP functionality – jobs, tasks, planning lines, and invoices. Basically, we keep the project management routine inside Jira Software and add financial functionality from Business Central on top. The product enables the automation of the invoicing routine. Having data synchronized enhances the financial analysis and further decision-making process inside your business.

Main features:

  • You can analyze the profit on Projects and/or Tasks considering their cost and price constraints.
  • It gets a consistent view of the work breakdown structure of projects throughout both systems, taking Jira Software as the single source of truth.
  • The product contains a convenient overview of Jobs, Tasks, and Planning Lines – all on one page.
  • Synchronization can be controlled manually, as well as queued automatically.
  • It automatically suggests Billable Planning Lines for further invoicing based on the Project Contract Type.
  • It checks Issues and Worklogs that were not processed automatically, fixes errors, and restarts processing.
  • It has flexible settings to take into account your custom business rules.
  • Jobs, tasks, and resources can be automatically created during the sync process.
  • You have an overview of Tempo Timesheets inside Business Central (Open, In Review, or Approved).
  • Worklogs are coming to a BC journal for an automated posting routine.
