Install and Register the App from the Microsoft AppSource

1. Download and install the Extension from the Microsoft AppSource

Jira Connector for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central,

or from Atlassian Marketplace. 

Note

Starting from July 2023, the GM Core app is installed from AppSource simultaneously with Jira Connector for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

It is found in the list of extensions installed in your environment (Tell me > Extension Management):

Important: GM Core app is mandatory for Jira Connector operation and must not be deleted from your environment

2. Set up the User profile:

Select JIRACONNECTOR as a Role in My Settings to access Jira Connector Role Center:

3. Proceed with the registration flow

Atlassian and Microsoft Business Central security policies and data safety are applied in Jira Connector for Dynamics 365 Business Central.

We do not have access to your data, except those you agree to provide. In addition, we are following our internal safety and security policies (Data Protection and Information Security Policy, Secure development, and testing processes).

• You will be asked to give your permission to Global Mediator to view your basic profile and grant consent to the application, as a part of registration of your environment in the Global Mediator subscription portal.
   

• Log in with your Microsoft admin account - pick an account, which has admin rights from the tenant, used for registration.
