- Jira Connector user should be created with Azure Active Directory (AAD) authentication and have Administer Jira global permission in Jira Atlassian Support - Manage Global Permissions
- Tempo Account should be used as a Customer.
- We recommend using a single language while filling in the information in Jira tickets, Tempo worklogs, and settings for all users. This is because BC might reproduce unique letters from different languages in an unexpected way.
- Also, note that each Company in Business Central requires Jira Connect Setup to be configured.
