Time & Material Detailed type of contract is similar to Time & Material with a slight difference.
Time & Material adds Billable Job Planning Lines to the parent Job Task of a Job.
Time & Material Detailed type of contract adds billable lines in the Job Task where they were logged (even if its Contract Type = None).
When you use Time & Material contract types and worklog details, then in your Sales Invoice you receive all lines linked to one – parent – job task. When you use Time & Material Detailed contract type, then you receive a Sales Invoice with worklog lines attached to an original Job Task.
