Bulk Set Capacity functionality added
We have added the functionality of the Bulk Set Capacity app, using which you can conveniently set up the Capacity for multiple Resources simultaneously. For more info, see the Bulk Set Capacity user guide.
Ability to configure and print custom invoice layouts
To view and print your custom invoice layout, go to Sales Invoices (Posted Sales Invoices) > Print Jira Invoice
Also, you can download an Excel file with the timesheets and worklogs (Create Excel toggle): for Monthly Pay - the worklogs for the month invoiced, for Fixed Price - all worklogs, for Daily Pay or Time&Material - the worklogs included in the invoice.
Ability to sync Jira and Tempo custom fields to BC
Check out the ability to sync your custom fields from Jira and Tempo to BC.
Two new setup buttons were added in JIRA Connect Setup > Actions:
- Jira Custom Fields Setup:
All Standard custom fields from Jira are supported.
Note that you must indicate the field name exactly as it appears in Jira (including spaces, capitalization, etc.)
After you enter the fields' names, bring over the Jira Key values: Actions > Get Custom Fields Key
Note: to include a custom field in Excel (see above), enable the Include in Excel checkbox for it.
After the custom fields are brought over, they can be viewed as follows:

From Tempo, the Work Attributes can be pulled:
When the working hours are logged, during the import process the configured Work Attributes are pulled.
Jira Epic Link removed from the setup
Jira Epic Link was removed from the JIRA Connect Setup due to its removal from Jira during one of the latest updates.
% Deviation added to Job and Job Task
A new field (% Deviation) was added at the Job and Job Task level to track overtime, etc.
% Deviation = ((Remaining Estimate + Usage)/Original Estimate)* 100%
Job Task Price page improved
The tree structure was added, and the parent task is now highlighted in bold:
Also, only the tasks with the Original Estimate (or parent tasks whose child tasks have it) indicated are included on this page.
Improvement for Job Billable Proposal Lines
When the Unit Price is changed (e.g. in the Resource Card), it is updated accordingly in the Job Billable Proposal Lines for any contract type now, including Time & Material and Time & Material Detailed.
Ability to create all resources from Jira in BC
If you want to pull all your resources from Jira to BC, you can enable Create All Resources from Jira in BC (provided the Create Resources Automatically option is also enabled and the details are specified):
