Integration with GM Core App
Integration with the GM Core app was implemented as part of improvements for Subscription management.
Now the GM Core App is installed from AppSource simultaneously with Jira Connector for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
It is found in the list of extensions installed in your environment (Tell me > Extension Management):
Important: GM Core app is mandatory for Jira Connector operation and must not be deleted from your environment!
Bulk Set Capacity
Using our new Bulk Set Capacity functionality, you can avoid the manual task of setting or updating the capacity for each Resource separately. Instead, you can conveniently set the Capacity for multiple Resources simultaneously from the Resource Capacity page:
Select the desired Resources, click Bulk Set Capacity, and after updating the Resource Capacity Settings, click Update Capacity:
Also, the Resource Capacity is updated automatically while processing worklogs, registered for Absence Tasks (see Jira Connect Setup). At that, the Resource Calendars are updated with nonworking days, and Resource Capacities become = 0.
Other Features
- New tiles were added within the Role Center under the Projects Overview block:
- Projects per Contract Type
- Projects Invoice Pending
- Projects Ready to Invoice
- Projects Invoiced
- Improved logic was added for Grouping by Resource (T&M, T&M Detailed Contract Types). Now for each resource, grouped for each month, a new Project Planning Line is created after creating the invoice. Those Project Planning Lines that are equal to 0, are deleted.
