The general flow is as follows:
1. Go to the Jobs tile and click Suggest Billable Lines
2. Click Calculate. The system will look for billable lines depending on the settings provided.
Notes:
- If the Due Date is not indicated in the Jira issue, then the billable lines are calculated based on the Project Invoice Data (from the Job Card).
- If the Due Date field in the Jira issue is empty, you can set it up in BC using the Update Budget Prices action from Functions in the JIRA Job Task Lines:
> - If the Due Date field is empty in the Jira issue and you configure it in BC, it will not change following the next sync, unless it is changed (configured) on the Jira side.
- If the Due Date field is configured in the Jira issue, the End Date is not editable in BC. It can only be changed on the Jira side and then resynced to BC.
Important:
- When suggesting billable lines per Job Task No., the Start Date/End Date/Due Date of the Task are disregarded.
- The Planning Date in the suggested billable line equals Project Invoice Date + 1 Day:
>
