What is Fast Invoice Approval?
The Fast Invoice Approval is a Power Apps tool for invoicing based on the data from your Business Central instance. You can create and approve invoices on your mobile device/tablet/desktop without logging in to Business Central.
What can I do with the Fast Invoice Approval?
- Сreate and approve the invoices based on the BC data available. The full invoicing process is covered by Projects and Invoices menu items (see below)
- View the details of the projects that are Invoiced or Pending, as well as keep track of the invoices that are Released or Pending Approval.
Projects
The Projects section displays Projects from your Business Central instance with the following categories:
- Ready to invoice: Details on projects ready to invoice. Here you can create an invoice (follow the instructions in How to create an invoice?)
- Invoiced: Details on the already invoiced projects
- Pending: Details on the projects that are not yet ready to invoice
A search option is available inside each section.
To search for the Project, start typing its number, customer name, or description in the search box:
Invoices
The Invoices section displays invoices from your Business Central instance with the following categories:
- Open: Details on invoices that are in open status. Here you can send the approval request for the invoice (follow the instructions in How to approve an invoice?)
- Pending Approval: Details on the invoices that are pending approval
- Released: Details on the already released invoices
A search option is available inside each section.
To search for the Invoice, start typing its number, customer name, or assigned salesperson in the search box:
