The List of Environments page contains all the environments of all the tenants from the Admin Center Setup.
List of Environments: Actions
Edit List
To be able to edit the fields in the environments grid, click Edit List.
Refresh Data
Once you have added a tenant in the Admin Center Setup, click Refresh Data on the List of Environments to be able to see the added data. Also, use this button to refresh the date and time columns.
Additionally, remember to click Refresh Data every time you change the Time Zone in My Settings.
Active Users
The Active Users action displays users currently working with the selected environment.
Creation Details
The Creation Details action displays the creation details of the selected environment.
Go To
From the Go To menu, you can go directly to the selected environment (Go To), pages Extension Management, Data Administration Page, or Database Locks.

How to create an environment?
To add a new environment to the list, click Operations > New, specify the mandatory details, and click Yes:
Note: Preview Ring toggle gives the ability to try out new functionality in preview environments (about one month before a Major Microsoft Update). For details of the preview environments, see Major Updates and Minor Updates for Business Central Online.
How to copy an environment?
To copy the environment, select it and click Operations > Copy. Specify the name of the new environment and its type, and click Yes:
How to restart an environment?
To restart an environment, select it and click Operations > Restart:
Note that this process will close all sessions on the environment and interrupt all currently active users.
How to delete an environment?
To delete an environment under a tenant, select it and click Operations > Delete.
Important! You cannot delete an environment with BC Type = Production, or with Custom Type = UAT inside the Tenant Admin Tool.

List of Environments: Fields
Note: Tenant Admin Tool provides custom development according to your business needs (e.g. additional fields with their logic, removing fields, etc.)
Description: Description of an environment (text), filled in manually.
Custom Type: Type of an environment, filled in manually (from the dropdown list).
Database Size (GB): the size of the database used by an environment. To update this value, click Actions > Update Used Storage:
Note: The Database Size (GB) field is not updated within the Refresh Data functionality. You must update the used storage separately.
