- Jira Connector user should be created with Azure Active Directory (AAD) authentication and have Administer Jira global permission in Jira Atlassian Support - Manage Global Permissions
- Tempo Account should be used as a Customer.
- Use a single language in Jira for all users as Business Central does not support different data in different languages
